people are surprise tho why im into wealth creation recently. well, having a RM4 increment, can that be used as an excuse? or a rock solid reason? i have not been givin money to my parents recently, excuse or reason? my house loan is coming up, excuse or reason?
there are various way into wealth creation. you can speculate shares if u have the courage. you can write songs/books/poems/blahs for royalty or blogs for ads and sponsors if u have the creativity. u can invest in properties like Kiyosaki if u have the capital or you can go for unit trust if u are able to wait. if u have non of the above, try direct selling or insurance.
"why wealth creation?" you may ask. "my job is paying me enaf" u may say. then i ask u, "Enough for what?". Credit cards + rentals + transports + food + savings + insurance + some entertainment + phone calls ... Now, Are you sure it's enough? did you take into the account of ur knowledge + time + health? some frens, let's name them as heshe, complaint to me, "Aiyok, ah june, i gt no money ler...", and i said me too. heshe continue saying, "so kelian (pathetic) horr, aigh~"... i said "no, this is a super good reason for wealth creation". heshe said, "so easy meh? if so easy every1 is rich already lor". "yalor, not easy, that's why some are rich and u are NOT", i shoot the bullet straight into the eye without any feeling!
what is so great with company paying you enough? just enough for the above, what for? the company should pay u extra!! why? if u are paid RM2k and above u should know u dun hv OT claims. but u work way until 8 or 9 or even 10. then go home continue working. u get to claims u say. har loww~ claims are wat u spent earlier for ur company and they pay u back. u r getting back ur own money. but u can claim extra right? how much extra? Rm1 here, RM5 there?
let me get this straight. i still love my company, for the environment here is totally awesome with a group of great colleagues. but the company is not paying me extra good for my dreams. i do not have the freedom to dictate my time, my activity, my life. recently, im on a God damnned standby mode to go Brunei. I have appealled many times to my boss saying i do not want to go Brunei, i have enough banks for me to support here. but he said, no choice. my life is being controlled by others my boss and my customer. im on standby coz my customer do not have a fix date to do testing. im on a beck n call mode now. i cannot plan my own activity. the idea im trying to get thru is that, im selling my service to my company by providing the knowledge i acquired earlier from college and by working from 8.15am to 5pm and get paid RM3K. but the contract did not mentioned that I am selling my service + my freedom. some how, most of us sold our freedom as well for a mere 3k, ok some of u are paid more, u lucky chap!
imagine this. u work n work, earning a good amount of money. u save until 1 million. u r married. with 1 kid. ur life is heaven. touchwood, 1 day, u fall sick. used 500k for medical, u cannot continue working, the rest of the 500k is decreasing fast... wat r u going to do?
oh ya, u bought insurance. yayaya, u have been paying the premium every month and when u sick, insurance pay u back... let say u bought a 500k policy. that makes u 1 million in total too... but that would also dwindle,wouldnt it?
